Liquidator - Spain

Definition

A liquidator of a company is the person responsible for liquidating it. When the company enters liquidation period, the liquidator or liquidators take control of the company once the administrators are resigned. Liquidators shall hold office for an indefinite period, unless otherwise specified in the company articles of association (estatutos). The duties of the liquidators are:
